As a society changes, properties must also meet the changing needs. This is why we strive to develop properties that retain their value and span generations: properties that will stand the test of time.

We plan vibrant urban districts, corporate headquarters for the digital world of tomorrow and residential properties fit for living - always with a focus on sustainability and an enthusiasm for holistic, forward-looking concepts.

Gerling Garden

2025

The Gerling Quarter in Cologne is a significant listed ensemble from the time of the "economic miracle" in the 1950s and 1960s. The office buildings of the so-called "Südspange" were built as the last "completion" of the Gerling Quarter at the beginning of the 1960s according to the plans of the architects F.H. Sobotka and G. Müller with the collaboration of Arno Breker. The buildings are located in the heart of Cologne's urban trendy district in the street "Im Klapperhof" as well as the adjacent "Hildeboldplatz" and in the "Spiesergasse".
