All façades of the six-storey office building in Hamburg-Lokstedt – along Stresemannallee, Troplowitzstraße and the access road to the car park at the rear – feature a clinker façade with horizontal decorative elements made from precast concrete. The building, which includes a single-storey underground car park, connects directly to the existing development. Hamburg-based architectural practice AGN Leusmann was commissioned to design the new building.
