Ludwigpalais

Munich

Located in a prominent position on Munich’s “grand boulevard”, Ludwigstraße, Ludwigpalais was built at the beginning of the 19th century to plans by Leo von Klenze and largely reconstructed by Erwin Schleich in the 1960s. Between 2010 and 2014, Quantum carefully revitalised the listed building complex in collaboration with Munich-based architectural practice Pott, transforming it into a modern office building with retail space.
