With the aim of providing modern businesses with a suitable location close to Hamburg city centre – one that allows room for creativity and diversity – the Georgstor office development is being created on Steindamm in the St Georg district.
Completed in 2010, the building complex designed by architectural practice Bernd Leusmann and Stephen Williams Associates comprises a 20-storey hotel, a 10-storey office and commercial building with retail space on the ground floor, and three eight-storey residential buildings at the rear.
The “Wohnen am Lohmühlenpark” project created a total of 63 apartments. Light-filled rooms, high-quality surfaces, carefully selected features and the peaceful courtyard location create an attractive residential offering in a central location.
