We have extensive experience in managing institutional funds – as a licensed full‑service capital management company (KVG), a service KVG for professional fund administration, and as an asset manager. With locations in Germany and Luxembourg, we offer a broad range of regulated and unregulated investment vehicles, tailored to our clients’ individual needs.
Through our established network, our investors also gain access to attractive off-market deals. As a capital management company, we prioritise compliance with relevant regulations, and we are committed to maintaining comprehensive knowledge of tax, corporate, supervisory and investment law at the highest level.
