Hamburg, 03/04/2025 | The flexible usage concept of Limespark in Sulzbach (Taunus) is proving popular on the market. As part of modernisation measures, Quantum expanded the usage options of the primarily light industrial property to include practice and office space, creating a modern campus atmosphere in close proximity to the international airport and not far from Frankfurt city centre. Particularly noteworthy are the flexible combination options offered by the light industrial space on the ground floor and the modern offices on the upper floor. The success speaks for itself: Quantum already attracted four new tenants last year. More are now following suit. This means that around 90 percent of the space is now leased.
The German Service Company for Financial Service Providers (DSGF) will move into MY CUBE as a single tenant, occupying approximately 2,300 m² of service and office space. FITSEVENELEVEN will enrich Limespark with a new Pink Label fitness club covering approximately 700 m². Both moves are planned for the second quarter of 2025. In addition, further space has been successfully let to a management company, a construction company and individual office users.
"We have successfully completed the repositioning of Limespark. With its opening to users from the medical/healthcare sector, the targeted establishment of a fitness club and its focus on tenants with combined needs for office and workshop/service space, Limespark is very attractive to many user groups. We are delighted that all new tenants have signed long-term leases and will become an integral part of the Limespark Campus," says Arndt Buchwald, Managing Director of Quantum.
NAI apollo Frankfurt acted as lead broker for all leases for Quantum, while the brokerage and consulting firm black olive advisors acted as broker for the lease of FITSEVENELEVEN. Individual spaces, flexibly combinable from a size of approx. 200 m², are still available.
