Quantum takes over management for BEAM Berlin
Construction work on the historic "Schicklerhaus" continues. Quantum completes BEAM Berlin and takes over the letting and asset management.
Quantum has been commissioned with the completion, letting and asset management of BEAM Berlin since 1 February 2024. The Hamburg-based project developer and investment manager is completing the already advanced revitalisation of the former Schicklerhaus, where Albert Einstein once gave his lectures, for an institutional investor. While preserving the historic building fabric and adding three further floors, modern working environments are being created in accordance with LEED Gold and WiredScore Platinum requirements on a total of around 24,000 m² - in the centre of Berlin. A highlight of the BEAM is the 1,400 m² roof terrace, which offers a unique view over the city.
"We were able to take over the project on behalf of our investor within a very short space of time and will ensure reliable and smooth cooperation with all parties involved in the future. Promising talks with prospective tenants are already underway", state Martin Berghoff and Arndt Buchwald, both Managing Directors of Quantum.
Half of all WELL Gold-certified office space has already been let. Existing tenants include CBRE, Eterno, Rose Bikes and Warner Music.
