Three more tenants have been secured for the DUO Tower in Düsseldorf. With the new leases, approximately 55% of the tower is now successfully let. Partners have also been signed for the bistro and the fitness studio.
Hamburg, 19/09/2025 | Following completion of the refurbishment and extensive repositioning, the modern and sustainable work environments in the DUO Tower in Düsseldorf are convincing the market. With the gastronomic consulting and planning firm K&P Consulting und Planung, the office furniture manufacturer Nowy Styl, and Alterric Deutschland, a Europe-wide developer and operator of wind farms, three additional tenants have been acquired who will enrich the entire DUO Campus in the Grafenberg district.
“We are very pleased to welcome three more renowned tenants to the DUO Tower and, with the long-term nature of all concluded leases, to send a strong signal about the DUO’s location and building quality,” says Vinzenz Stamm, Regional Head of Asset Management Commercial NRW.
DUO Tower: More than half of all space leased
After reaching the first third at the end of 2024, more than half of all space has now been leased roughly 1.5 years after the start of refurbishment. The current occupancy rate is around 55 percent. The first new tenants, such as Deutsche Energy Terminal and Nowy Styl, have already moved in and are enthusiastic about the building’s quality.
The open, light-flooded office spaces are complemented by community areas for exchange and networking. Yuicery Healthy Food & Beverage GmbH will take over operation of the daytime bistro, which is accessible to all tenants, from early 2026. With seating on two levels and an outdoor terrace, it will offer healthy options such as wraps, bowls, juices, and coffee, and will also provide catering services to office spaces upon request. The in-house fitness area is expected to open later this year. HiddenGyms will operate the facilities and serve as the central point of contact for additional workplace wellbeing offerings for building users.
In the future, the shared areas in the DUO Tower will also be expanded to include a rooftop terrace. Implementation is planned for the first half of 2026.
For the leases to K&P Consulting und Planung and Nowy Styl, Savills acted as advisor, while Anteon was involved in the lease to Alterric Deutschland. Colliers brokered the bistro space. Further information about DUO and available rental spaces in the tower can be found at: duo-offices.de.
