Another tenant has been found for KÖ Galerie in Düsseldorf. The law firm ORTHPARTNERS is expected to take up approximately 1,400 sqm of office space in a central location directly on Königsallee in late summer 2026.
Hamburg, 11/11/2025 | The KÖ Galerie in Düsseldorf has once again impressed, securing another new tenant. A long-term lease for approximately 1,400 m² has been concluded with the commercial law firm ORTHPARTNERS. Move-in to an interim space is scheduled for the end of 2025. By late summer 2026, a high-quality fit-out of the firm’s prestigious premises at Königsallee 62 is planned across two levels, plus a 90 m² roof terrace.
The leasing of KÖ Galerie is running in parallel to its redevelopment. PIMCO Prime Real Estate commissioned Quantum in September 2024 as development partner for the asset and assigned the firm the leasing mandate. The redevelopment includes the creation of modern office space, a high-quality upgrade of the mall areas, terrace greening, and measures to enhance sustainability and comfort. All works are scheduled for completion by the second quarter of 2028. Since Quantum assumed the mandate in September 2024, more than 5,000 m² have been newly leased, underscoring the quality of the KÖ Galerie’s offering.
