Proximus and Quantum have sold GERLING GARDEN to Deka
Following the completion of a successful revitalisation project, PROXIMUS and Quantum have sold the GERLING GARDEN city centre quarter to Deka Immobilien. The historic Gerling Group insurance site has been transformed into a modern, open quarter with a diverse mix of uses, including offices, hotels, retail and restaurants.
