The existing façade will be replaced by an elegant double-skin glass façade which, thanks to its enhanced acoustic insulation, will provide a quiet and undisturbed working environment. A landscaped courtyard and terraces will help to improve the microclimate, capture fine particulate matter, cool the surrounding area and promote biodiversity. At the same time, they will provide employees with outdoor spaces for communication.
As a key component of the mobility concept, a dedicated bike park with around 220 bicycle parking spaces will be created, with direct access to the cycle street on Friesenwall.
