At first glance, the office building for which Quantum acted as developer appears to be a simple cube. It is only on closer inspection that the building’s almost organic adaptation to the waterfront becomes apparent. A double-skin façade consisting of two layers of glass set 65 centimetres apart gives the building an almost sculptural quality.
