The design of the building responds to the changing requirements of office organisation, in particular the variable arrangement of present and remote work. BON5 enables classic office concepts such as individual, group or open-space offices, but also innovative office concepts for future and flexible offices and other forms of work.

Ger­ling Garden


The Gerling Quarter in Cologne is a significant ensemble of listed buildings from the time of the "economic miracle" in the 1950s and 1960s. The office buildings of the so-called "Südspange" were built as the last "completion" of the Gerling Quarter at the beginning of the 1960s based on the plans of the architects F.H. Sobotka and G. Müller with the collaboration of Arno Breker. The buildings are located in the heart of Cologne's urban trendy district in the street "Im Klapperhof" as well as the adjacent "Hildeboldplatz" and in the "Spiesergasse".
