Quantum has acquired more than 8,000 m² of residential and commercial space in Hamburg for an insurance group. The properties consist of a residential and retail ensemble in Fuhlsbüttel and a newly built office property in Bahrenfeld.
Quantum has acquired this office and commercial property on Celsiusweg in Hamburg-Bahrenfeld.
Hamburg, 19/09/2022 | Quantum Immobilien Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH has acquired approximately 8,300 m² of rental space in Hamburg for an insurance company. The space is spread across two properties.
The first property is a residential and retail ensemble on Erdkampsweg in Fuhlsbüttel, comprising around 4,050 m² of rental space. This includes 7 townhouses and a building complex with 12 apartments and 7 commercial units, including a REWE supermarket. The seller was a private individual, and the transaction was brokered by Engel & Völkers Commercial.
The second property is a newly built office and commercial building at Celsiusweg 7 in Bahrenfeld. The new building, with a total rental area of around 4,250 m², is part of the Stahltwiete district development and is pre-certified with DGNB Gold. The 1,200 m² of commercial space are offered at reduced rents and reserved for locally producing companies. The seller and anchor tenant of the property is the northern German construction company DITTING. The transaction was brokered by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Quantum manages both properties as investment and asset manager.
