For the Habitare III fund, Quantum has acquired a high-quality residential building in a central location in Neckarsulm. Completed in 2025, the property comprises 69 residential units across two buildings, as well as additional commercial space.
Hamburg/Neckarsulm, July 21, 2026 | Quantum Immobilien KVG has acquired a high-quality residential property in Neckarsulm for its residential real estate special fund Habitare III. The seller is an investment company of Argon GmbH, Stuttgart. The property is located in a central inner-city area and stands out for its high-quality fittings, strong energy efficiency, and attractive unit mix.
“We are delighted to further strengthen our fund portfolio with this attractive acquisition,” says Martin Berghoff, Managing Director at Quantum, adding: “We are already reviewing acquisition opportunities for comparable properties and are very interested in completing further transactions.”
High-quality new-build in a sought-after location
The fully let property, completed in 2025, is spread across five apartment buildings and comprises 69 residential units. All units feature either a balcony or a terrace. Apartment sizes range from two- to four-room units, appealing to a broad spectrum of tenants. The property is complemented by around 350 sqm of commercial space as well as an in-house underground garage with 75 parking spaces. Its location in Neckarsulm is also compelling, as part of an economically strong and up-and-coming region with high demand for residential space.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. On the buyer’s side, KFR Kanzlei and WITTE Projektmanagement GmbH acted in an advisory capacity. The seller was advised by CMS Hasche Sigle.

The development business realises its own projects as well as joint venture or service developments. The main focus is on the office, retail and residential asset classes.
