Hamburg/Copenhagen, June 18, 2026 | Quantum is continuing to pursue its growth strategy in the Danish residential market: acting on behalf of a separately managed account, Quantum Immobilien KVG has acquired the residential property Bernhards Have in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. The complex comprises 46 residential units with a total lettable area of approximately 4,550 m² and was completed in 2021. The vendors are two private families.
The residential complex consists of three interconnected buildings sharing a common underground car park. The distinctive brick facade, generous balconies, communal roof terraces connected by a walkway between the buildings, and rooftop greenhouses lend the ensemble its character.
"Denmark, and Copenhagen in particular, remains a strategically important market for us. The city's economic strength, its demographic momentum and the persistently low rate of new residential construction create an attractive investment environment for long-term focused investors," says Martin Berghoff, Managing Director of Quantum.
Frederiksberg – Living in the green heart of Copenhagen
Bernhards Have is located in the district of Frederiksberg, an independent municipality within the Copenhagen metropolitan area, known for its vibrant, upmarket character and abundant green spaces. The property is close to the Copenhagen Business School, a well-established residential villa quarter and extensive parklands. The city centre is just ten minutes away by metro.
"With Bernhards Have, we are adding a high-quality trophy asset in one of the city's most desirable neighbourhoods to our Copenhagen portfolio. At the same time, this attractive investment marks the first acquisition on the Danish residential market for this account, further diversifying and strengthening the portfolio," says Niclas Honoré Milvertz, Country Head Denmark of Quantum.
“I am very pleased that the vendors entrusted us with finding the right buyer for Bernhards Have. In Quantum, we have found an experienced long-term owner who can continue the stewardship of the property, while Quantum has secured a true trophy asset in Frederiksberg,” says Christian Metellus, Partner, EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech.
The transaction was structured as a share deal. Quantum was advised by law firm Bruun & Hjejle, PwC and Emcon. The vendor was advised by EDC Poul Erik Bech and Donatzky & Partners.
