Tattersall Lorenz and the Dr Otto Schmidt publishing house are each renting an entire floor. With the completion of the roof terrace, fitness area and bistro, the repositioning of the DUO Tower is now complete. Further space is available.
Düsseldorf, 21 September 2026 | Two further long-term tenancy agreements have been signed for the DUO Tower in Düsseldorf. Tattersall Lorenz, a property services provider operating nationwide, will move into the 16th floor, comprising around 500 m², from November 2026. Verlag Dr. Otto Schmidt KG, a specialist publisher focusing on law, business and taxation, will lease around 700 m² on the third floor for its Düsseldorf branch from December 2026. Both companies have thus secured an entire floor each.
Avison Young acted as adviser on the lease to Tattersall Lorenz, whilst Savills advised on the lease to Verlag Dr. Otto Schmidt. Colliers acted as adviser and marketing partner to the owner on both leases.
DUO Tower successfully repositioned
Following extensive modernisation, the DUO Tower now offers around 9,950 m² of modern and flexible office space across 18 floors, with sweeping views over Düsseldorf. Open, light-filled workspaces are complemented by single and double offices, meeting rooms and think tanks for focused work. At the heart of each floor are social lounges with high-quality kitchenettes, designed to encourage interaction and teamwork.
With the completion of the central communal and service areas, the redevelopment of the DUO Tower is now fully complete. The roof terrace adds a special open space with sweeping views to the lounge and social areas. The daytime bistro, with seating on two levels and an outdoor terrace, provides space for breaks, informal get-togethers and events. An in-house fitness area with showers and changing facilities is available to all DUO tenants. The inviting lobby, featuring a working lounge, meeting points and discussion areas, rounds off the offering and creates a campus-like atmosphere.
