Berlin: Quantum lets further 900 m² at P1

Another tenant has been secured for P1 in Berlin. RITTERWALD Unternehmensberatung and HYSTAKE Investment Partners are taking approximately 900 m² of office space at P1 on Passauer Straße 1.

Berlin, 25/02/2026 | Quantum has let a further approximately 900 sq m of office space at its Berlin project P1. The pan-European management consultancy RITTERWALD, together with the associated investment boutique HYSTAKE Investment Partners, are expected to occupy the modern space in the tower section (point high-rise) of the development in December 2026. The transaction was brokered by Savills.

"With our new location at P1, we are creating the spatial foundations for further growth and the continued development of our platform. The central location and modern working environment offer ideal conditions for this," said Dr Mathias Hain, Founder and Managing Director of RITTERWALD and HYSTAKE Investment Partners.

"For HYSTAKE, the move is an important step towards strengthening our proximity to investors and market partners, and supporting our clients even more effectively in capital allocation, transactions, and restructurings," said Dr Christian Schmalenbach, Founder and Managing Director of HYSTAKE Investment Partners.

In total, the centrally located inner-city site will comprise two building sections with approximately 15,600 sq m of office space and 4,750 sq m of retail lettable area. Quantum will complete the project for a club of professional pension schemes based in Berlin by early 2027.
