Berlin: Quantum lets over 1,000 m² of office space in P1 to Colliers

Hamburg/Berlin, 24 September 2026 | Quantum has let approximately 1,050 m² of office space to Colliers in the P1 project in Berlin. The property consultancy will relocate its Berlin office to Passauer Straße 1, opposite KaDeWe, in June 2027. Colliers is taking a long-term lease on more than half of the ninth floor and the entire tenth floor of the project.

In total, the site – situated in a prominent city centre location – will feature two building sections offering approximately 15,600 m² of office space and 4,750 m² of retail space. A particular highlight is the approximately 1,300 m² roof terrace with green spaces, which is available for shared use by all tenants. The targeted LEED Platinum, WiredScore and WELL certifications underline the high standards of sustainability and infrastructure.

Around 50 per cent of the office space has already been let. Quantum will complete the project for a club of professional pension schemes based in Berlin by early 2027.
