Berlin, 15/01/2026 | Quantum has leased approximately 5,700 m² of office space in the central inner-city location of the Berlin P1 project. The Publicis Group plans to move into the premises in December 2026. Following Quantum’s takeover of the P1 construction site in autumn 2024 on behalf of a Berlin professional pension fund association, along with the commission to complete it, the project has continued to advance. By early 2027, the Hamburg-based project developer and investment manager will realise a mixed-use scheme in City West, opposite KaDeWe, comprising modern and high-quality office and retail space. The plans include extensive terraces and rooftop gardens as well as an underground car park with over 500 parking spaces and 50 electric vehicle charging stations.
“We are delighted to have secured such a renowned media company as Publicis as a long-term tenant for our P1,” says Daniel J. Gedack, Managing Director of Quantum.
“We searched exclusively for suitable premises for Publicis over an extended period. After an in-depth review of more than 70 properties, we identified P1 as the optimal solution. The building combines a prime location, modern working environments and high-quality infrastructure. The successful conclusion underlines our strong understanding of the Berlin market and our ability to navigate it effectively,” says Christian Leska, Head of Business Development & Office Letting at Colliers in Berlin.
