Under the name "Dein Quirin," 58 high-quality apartments are being built in the Gmunder Höfe complex in Munich-Obersendling. All apartments will feature a garden, a loggia, or a roof terrace. Quantum is now starting to rent them. Interested parties should contact us for details on when and where.
Hamburg, 03/11/2025 | As the final construction phase of the new Gmunder Höfe district in Munich-Obersendling, 58 high-quality 1- to 5-room apartments, including parking spaces, are nearing completion. The rental apartments are all built to Efficiency House 55 standard and feature high energy efficiency. The modern architecture is characteristic, especially the striking roof structures. Rentals are now open.
Dein Quirin: Exceptional living close to the city
‘Dein Quirin’ offers a wide mix of apartments, from spacious 1-room apartments with approx. 36 m² to family-friendly 5-room gallery/maisonette apartments with approx. 125 m² of living space. And all this in an up-and-coming location in Munich, between Südpark and the Isar river, with direct connections to the city centre. All rental apartments are equipped with parquet flooring and a fitted kitchen and have a garden area, a loggia or a roof terrace. The net cold rent prices start at approx. 22 euros per m² and are based on the type and size of the apartment as well as its location in the neighbourhood.
Move-in planned for spring 2024
A total of around 525 apartments will be built in the new Gmunder Höfe district in Munich-Obersendling. Daycare centres, schools and shops for everyday needs are within walking distance, as are underground, suburban railway and bus connections. Completion of the 58 new, high-quality apartments is planned for spring 2024. Shortly thereafter, the first residents will be able to move in.
