# Wohnen in der Elb­phil­harmonie

 

### Hamburg

 

Every square centimetre is extraordinary: rising from a historic warehouse in the middle of the Elbe, at the western tip of Hamburg’s HafenCity, the Elbphilharmonie is an architectural masterpiece. Between the 11th and 26th floors, at heights of 50 to 110 metres, 44 exclusive apartments of an entirely exceptional standard have been created. The magnificent views across the harbour, the Elbe and the city of Hamburg are unobstructed. The expansive floor-to-ceiling windows extend the horizon.

## Breath­tak­ing, lux­u­ri­ous, exceptional.

Discretion is another priceless feature of these residences: a private entrance, a residents-only garage and a lobby with concierge service reliably separate the residential areas from the building’s public spaces.
