# Stadt­park Quartier

 

### Hamburg

 

Located in the immediate vicinity of Hamburg’s Stadtpark, this attractive residential quarter occupies the site of the former Barmbek freight station. Close to the city centre yet surrounded by greenery, the development comprises 16 development plots. Quantum and AIG Global Real Estate Investment jointly developed around 850 apartments, as well as retail and commercial space and a nursery with more than 100 places.

## Attrac­tive, mod­ern, individual.

The quarter on the 50,000 sq m site consists primarily of rented apartments, with owner-occupied apartments also provided on some development plots. Around 250 apartments are designated for subsidised housing.

On development plot 2.5, Quantum worked with Aumann Katzsch Architekten GmbH to develop attractive rented apartments in a four- to five-storey, U-shaped perimeter block development with an underground car park.
