# Haus am Aegi

 

### Hannover

 

Aegidientorplatz in Hanover offers an attractive location in the heart of the trade fair city, within walking distance of the main railway station and with direct access to the pedestrian zone. As the new landmark on the square, the “Haus am Aegi” matches the height of the towers of the municipal library and the listed Nord/LB building, without visually overwhelming the significantly lower “Theater am Aegi” in the immediate vicinity.

The three-storey recessed section of the new building marks the main entrance to the office building. The development comprises approximately 12,700 m² of above-ground floor space, as well as a three-level underground car park.
