 The CENTRAL CROSS is being built on Friesenplatz in Cologne with state-of-the-art office and retail space on 12 floors. The revitalisation follows designs by kadawittfeldarchitektur, which proposed the climate-friendly use of the existing building instead of demolition.

 A model of modern urban development is emerging in the Hamburg district of Ottensen (Altona district): Quantum is developing an urban quarter on the 2.5-hectare site of the former Euler-Hermes insurance company. More than 1,400 people will soon be living here. In addition to 460 apartments, offices, restaurants and a daycare will be built.

 At Passauer Straße 1, the P1 will be a modern office and commercial building completed by 2027. Flexible office spaces of over 16,000 m² and generous retail and storage areas provide room for innovative work and usage concepts. Its central location in the heart of Berlin ensures excellent accessibility.
