Warburg & CO Hamburg, 16/12/2024 | After 25 years, Frank Gerhard Schmidt and Philipp Schmitz-Morkramer, the founders of Quantum Immobilien AG, are repurchasing 10% of the company's shares from M.M.Warburg & CO (AG & Co.) KGaA. This significant strategic move demonstrates the founders' confidence in the company and highlights the ongoing strengthening of the owner-managed corporate culture.
