Quantum has purchased a modern residential and commercial building on Bahrenfelder Straße in Hamburg-Ottensen on behalf of an institutional investor. The property comprises 33 residential and four commercial units in a highly demanded location.
Hamburg, 05/08/2025 | Quantum Immobilien KVG has acquired a modern residential and commercial building on Bahrenfelder Straße in Hamburg-Ottensen as part of an asset deal for an institutional investor. The property combines a young residential portfolio spread over six floors with attractive commercial space on the ground floor.

The restaurant tenants located in this property also contribute to this.’
Modern living in a trendy district
The building at Bahrenfelder Straße 177-181 was completed in 2021 and comprises a total of 23 privately financed and ten rent-controlled residential units and four commercial units. All are rented. The mix of apartments varies from one to three rooms with an average size of approx. 62 m², which optimally meets the demand for housing in Hamburg-Ottensen. All apartments feature high-quality fittings and most have a balcony, terrace or loggia.
