The 57-year-old lawyer and Managing Director of Wilhelm von Finck Hauptverwaltung GmbH moves up from his previous position as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. **Hamburg, 15/06/2022** | Koller succeeds Dr. Lutz Mellinger, who is stepping down as Chairman of Quantum’s Supervisory Board after many years for reasons of age. Bettina von Österreich has also been newly elected to the Supervisory Board of both Quantum companies. The 55-year-old former bank manager and managing partner of consultancy BVO Consult GmbH will immediately strengthen the three-member supervisory boards. “We thank Dr. Lutz Mellinger for his years of service on the Supervisory Board and his dedication to Quantum. He was always both a critical eye and a sparring partner for our company. We wish Günter Koller and Bettina von Österreich much success and all the best in their new roles,” says Philipp Schmitz-Morkramer, co-founder and board member of Quantum.
