The opening is on Friday, 30.10.2026. Soulhouse, a premium provider of modern bodywork focusing on premium massages, assisted stretching and facework, has leased ground-floor space at Spiesergasse 15. The studio opens its doors on 30.10.2026 across roughly 200 sqm. Earlier, CYCLA GmbH was secured as a tenant for roughly 1,000 sqm. The company has opened the ATHLETICA fitness studio at the location. Together, Soulhouse and ATHLETICA add high-quality selfcare and fitness offerings to the existing mix of office, hotel, retail and hospitality uses in the quarter. "Modern bodywork should not be a rare luxury, but as much a part of everyday routine as a visit to the gym. That is why we are taking our studios to where life happens. With its central location in Cologne's city centre, GERLING GARDEN is ideal for our concept. With the opening in Cologne, Soulhouse is now represented in every German city with over a million inhabitants, an important step on the way to becoming Europe's largest brand for modern bodywork," says Benjamin Schroeter, Founder & CEO of Soulhouse. Through their joint venture, the southern area of the Gerling Quarter was revitalised between April 2022 and June 2025. While preserving the historic building fabric, the ensemble was opened up to the city, extended and brought back to life. Following successful completion of the project, GERLING GARDEN was sold to Deka Immobilien in December 2025. The quarter is almost fully let. Exclusive event spaces (approx. 1,440 sqm) and club/bar spaces (approx. 280 sqm) in THE GATE and THE HALL are still available.
