Dr Hilton & Partner, a private dermatology practice, is renting around 2,900 m² in the KÖ Galerie in Düsseldorf's city centre. The move is planned for late 2026. KÖ-KLINIK is also committing to the location long term, extending its lease by 1,000 m². These agreements confirm the asset’s letting strategy with a focus on the fitness, health and beauty segments. The redevelopment of the KÖ Galerie is ongoing.
Hamburg, 04/06/2025 | Quantum has signed the private dermatological practice Dr Hilton & Partner as a new tenant in KÖ Galerie. The practice will move into an entire building unit with the address Steinstraße 13, planned for the end of 2026. The rental space comprises around 2,900 m² on six floors. The KÖ-Klinik will also remain loyal to its central location in Königsallee and extend its existing lease for around 1,000 m² on a long-term basis.
The leasing of KÖ Galerie is running in parallel to its redevelopment. PIMCO Prime Real Estate, acting on behalf of Allianz, commissioned Quantum in September 2024 as development partner for the asset and assigned the firm the leasing mandate. The redevelopment – which includes modernized offices, improved access, terrace greening, a mobility hub, and energy-efficiency upgrades – will enhance user wellbeing and sustainability and is scheduled for completion by the second quarter of 2028.

‘With the KÖ Galerie as our new home, we are maintaining our central location as a leading skin centre in the heart of Düsseldorf. The lease agreement with Dr. Hilton & Partner was brokered by Colliers International Germany. Together with Colliers, Quantum has thus achieved the largest letting in the Düsseldorf CBD in the first quarter 2025. Aengevelt acted as advisor in the negotiations with KÖ-Klinik.
