The property consultancy will relocate its Berlin office to Passauer Straße 1, opposite KaDeWe, in June 2027. Colliers is taking a long-term lease on more than half of the ninth floor and the entire tenth floor of the project. “By moving into P1, we are making a targeted investment in the future of our Berlin office. The modern spaces encourage exchange and collaboration within the team, whilst also offering ideal conditions for meeting clients and business partners. The outstanding location, the modern infrastructure and the building’s prestigious quality were decisive factors in our decision,” says **Alexander Kropf, Regional Manager Berlin at Colliers**. “We are delighted that Colliers has chosen the P1. As one of the leading property consultancy firms, the Berlin team is sure to feel at home in these modern premises in a prime location,” says **Daniel J. Gedack, Managing Director of Quantum**. In total, the site – situated in a prominent city centre location – will feature two building sections offering approximately 15,600 m² of office space and 4,750 m² of retail space. A particular highlight is the approximately 1,300 m² roof terrace with green spaces, which is available for shared use by all tenants. The targeted LEED Platinum, WiredScore and WELL certifications underline the high standards of sustainability and infrastructure. Around 50 per cent of the office space has already been let.
