Quantum has announced another leasing success in Berlin: Wolt, a leading international company, is set to move into BEAM Berlin, bringing the occupancy rate of this modern office and retail building to over 95 per cent.
Berlin, 17|03|2026 | Quantum is maintaining a brisk pace of lettings in Berlin. The Hamburg-based project developer and investment manager has secured another high-profile tenant for BEAM Berlin, agreeing a long-term lease with Wolt in the process. Savills brokered the deal.
BEAM Berlin: Occupancy rate exceeds 95 per cent
This new lease has helped BEAM Berlin to achieve an occupancy rate of over 95 per cent. Quantum took over the completion, letting and asset management of the project at the start of 2024. Since then, the health tech company Eterno and the international co-working provider Industrious have moved into their high-quality, fully fitted spaces and opened their offices at BEAM Berlin.
Berlin office market: Quantum maintains momentum
In a challenging market environment, Quantum has achieved a strong letting performance. Over the past three months, around 15,000 m² of office space has been let. This includes the successful lettings at P1 in City West to the international advertising services provider and media group Publicis, as well as to RITTERWALD Unternehmensberatung and HYSTAKE Investment Partners, among others.
'These latest lettings send a clear positive signal to the Berlin office market. High-quality, modern spaces tailored to users' needs are proving popular and remain in demand,' says Arndt Buchwald, Managing Director of Quantum.
'The current letting performance shows that the Berlin office market is by no means at a standstill, but that a great deal is possible with the right offering,' adds Daniel J. Gedack, also a Managing Director of Quantum.
Since its founding in 1999, the independent Quantum Immobilien AG has stood for forward-looking project development, attractive institutional investment products and holistic management of real estate investments. The activities focus on European metropolitan regions.
The development business realises its own projects as well as joint venture or service developments. The main focus is on the office, retail and residential asset classes. In addition to new developments, special attention is paid to inner-city redevelopments. Assets under development amount to approximately €2.2 billion.
In the investment business, Quantum offers customised solutions for institutional investors via its own capital investment company. With a focus on the residential asset class, assets under management amount to around €12.5 billion.
