##  Ground-Break­ing at the Kiezkante: 100 Per Cent Afford­able Hous­ing, Cre­ative Spaces and a Hotel – Work Starts on Site 

The next milestone has been reached for the Kiezkante project, formerly known as the Paloma-Viertel: planning permission has been granted and construction can begin. With this, the development of the Kiezkante in the heart of St. Pauli moves into its realisation phase. SAGA Unternehmensgruppe and Quantum Immobilien AG are delivering the project jointly.
